Even if I had 20 kids, I would still be just as amazed at the ultrasound of the 20th as I was with the 1st. Something about not being able to feel the baby inside of you and not having a big belly just makes these images seem unreal. The baby seems to be yawning in the video. Notice the little heart beating. Wow.
