We went on our annual trip to Steamboat Springs with the cul-de-sac. This year it was 6 families - 12 adults and 14 1/2 kids! Crazy... but fun! The kids love waking up and having friends there to play with all day. And, Jason can finally say that he got Lily in a pair of skis! She can officially say she's been skiing since she was 1 year old!
My good friend, Christa, and her son, Jaden, visited Denver a couple weeks ago. Christa happens to be pregnant and due July 12... 6 days after me! Jaden, Lily and Wagner enjoyed a quick game of soccer during our short visit!
Some of you may have heard about the Indian Gulch fire here in Golden. It was close to our house, but we weren't in any danger. The fire is now 100% contained. The worst we experienced of it was a day or two of really bad smoke in our neighborhood. Here's a pretty amazing picture of it. Our neighborhood is the neighborhood at the bottom of the picture closest to the photographer. He was actually at the top of the mountain that's in our neighborhood.
I'm in the middle of taking Lily's 18 Month pictures. We took a few this weekend, but I may take more next week. Here's an old picture of Lily at 1 year and a new picture at 18 months. It's amazing how fast they grow!
